By accessing or using Coreply ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Coreply is a Reddit customer discovery and AI-powered reply generation platform. Our Service includes:

• Automated scanning of public Reddit posts based on your specified keywords and subreddits
• AI-powered reply suggestions tailored to your product or service
• Intent classification to help prioritize high-potential opportunities
• Project management for organizing multiple discovery campaigns
• Website analysis to understand your product offering

Important: Coreply does NOT auto-post to Reddit. All generated replies are suggestions that you must review and manually post at your own discretion. You are solely responsible for any content you choose to post on Reddit.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information as necessary
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to spam, harass, or engage in abusive behavior on Reddit or any other platform
• Violate Reddit's Terms of Service, Content Policy, or any subreddit rules

5. Reddit Compliance

You acknowledge that Reddit has its own Terms of Service and Content Policy that govern the use of their platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you post to Reddit using suggestions from our Service complies with Reddit's rules. Coreply is not responsible for any actions taken against your Reddit account as a result of your use of our Service.

We access Reddit through their official API and comply with their API Terms of Service. We do not require or store your Reddit login credentials.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate reply suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your needs
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before posting
• We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve any particular results
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for important decisions

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are owned by Coreply and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (such as product descriptions and keywords). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of our Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice to existing subscribers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any actions taken against your Reddit account as a result of content you posted

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coreply and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
